Eurazeo: WorldStrides acquires Nafe

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital announces that WorldStrides, the leader in educational experience programs for teachers, pupils and students of all ages, has finalised the acquisition of North American Experience Education Brands (NAEE) from Travelopia.


NAEE includes the World Class Vacations, Brightspark US, Brightspark Canada, Jumpstreet and Educatours brands, which offer students a wide range of travel and off-campus experiences in the US and Canada.

This acquisition enables WoldStrides to expand its educational travel offering, including music, theater and dance teaching programs, and strengthens its guided tour offerings supervised by expert international teachers.
