LVMH: contributes to fighting wildfires in Amazon rainforest

(CercleFinance.com) - The luxury giant LVMH has announced its intention to contribute 10 million euros to the G7 initiative to provide financial support to fighting the fires that are currently ravaging the Amazonian rainforest.


Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault and board member Yann Arthus-Bertrand, said, "call on all those who share their belief that the Amazon, a world heritage treasure, must be protected, to join this initiative that must become a collective effort."
