BIC: in exclusive talks to acquire Djeep
(CercleFinance.com) - Bic has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Djeep for 40 million euros.
A price supplement could be paid, depending on Djeep's future sales growth. This planned acquisition provides Bic with significant growth opportunities in Europe and North America. It is set to be completed in the third quarter of 2020.
