Pernod Ricard: acquires 100% of Monkey 47 dry gin

(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard announces that it has acquired all the capital of the ultra-premium dry gin Monkey 47, in which it acquired a majority stake in 2016.

Alexander Stein will remain active in the development of Monkey 47 as an advisor.

Chairman and CEO Alexandre Ricard said that this partnership is a shining example of Pernod Ricard's ability to integrate small independent distilleries, while respecting the brand's autonomy and fundamental values.
