AXA: divests more AXA Equitable Holdings shares

(CercleFinance.com) - AXA today announced a successful secondary offer of 40,000,000 common shares of AXA Equitable Holdings, Inc.
(EQH).

For AXA, the net proceeds from the sale of 40,000,000 EQH shares under the Offer, amounted to 834 million dollars, or 739 million euros.

Following this sale, AXA's equity interest in EQH has decreased from 48.3% to 40.1% of EQH's capital. AXA has granted the guaranteeing banks an option to acquire an additional 6,000,000 EQH common shares within 30 days.
