Sanofi: waiting period expires for acquisition of Synthorx

(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi announces the expiry of the Hart-Scott-Rodino antitrust waiting period for the tender offer made for Synthorx at a price of 68 dollars per share in cash, without any interest thereon and net of any applicable withholding taxes.


The completion of the offer, which was launched on 23 December, remains subject to various conditions, including the contribution of at least the majority of the shares before the offer's expiry, which is scheduled for 22 January, unless extended.
