Total: third interim dividend distribution

(CercleFinance.com) - Total's Board of Directors, which met on 13 March 2019, decided to distribute a third interim dividend for FY 2018, amounting to 0.
64 euro per share.

This amount is identical to the first and second interim dividends for FY 2018 and is 3.2% higher than the three dividend payments and the balance paid for FY 2017.

The issue price of the new shares to be issued as payment of this third installment has been set at 49.30 euros per share. The shares thus issued will immediately bear rights and will apply for listing on Euronext Paris.
