CNP Assurances: implements crisis management system

(CercleFinance.com) - In the current coronavirus epidemic, CNP Assurances has announced implementing crisis management at all levels of the group, with all staff working at a distance to ensure that all its services continue.


The insurer adds that its risk management policy has enabled it to build up significant unrealised capital gains, in addition to hedging against equity, FX and interest rate risks, meaning that it has been able to form a significant liquidity buffer.

"In current market circumstances, the group solvency ratio of CNP Assurances remains at a high level," the group says, which confirms its proposed dividend of 0.94 euro per share, to be paid on 27 April.
