Air Liquide: names its next CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide announced on Wednesday that it would begin preparing the succession of Benoît Potier, its CEO, with the implementation of a new governance structure that will be effective from next June.


As part of this plan, its board of directors has appointed François Jackow, the current deputy CEO, to succeed Benoît Potier as of 1 June 2022.

Its general shareholder meeting to be held next year will formalise this handover and renew Benoît Potier's mandate as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
