JCDecaux: 9m sales up 3.5% in organic terms
(CercleFinance.com) - Unveiled on Thursday evening, JCDecaux's adjusted revenue for the first 9 months of 2019 reached approximately 2.
77 billion euros, up 10.2% y-o-y (+3.5% in organic terms).
In Q3 alone, the outdoor advertising group's revenue reached 925.8 million euros, up +6.7% and up 0.1% in organic terms y-o-y.
"As far as Q4 2019 is concerned, there is no real change in current trading compared to Q3 2019 except for Hong Kong in China, where we see some further deterioration, and Australia, where the overall media market is negatively impacted by the major slowdown in the economy. As a result, and bearing in mind the solid Q4 2018, we expect our adjusted organic revenue growth rate to be negative around -2% leading to a full year organic revenue growth rate above +1.5%," said Jean-François Decaux, board chairman and co-CEO.
