Ipsos: Q1 revenues down nearly 3%

(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsos has reported Q1 revenues of E532m, down 2.
9% as reported and 2.8% on an organic basis, impacted by the end of Covid's major pandemic tracking contracts.

"In a global context of uncertainty, some clients have shown a wait-and-see approach in their decision making at the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023, in particular some large Tech clients undergoing reorganisation in the United States," the opinion polling group also notes.

With an order book at end-March, excluding Covid contracts, which showed organic growth of 3.3%, Ipsos remains confident in its ability to achieve organic growth of around 5% and an operating margin of about 13% this year.
