TF1: sells operational side of Teleshopping

(CercleFinance.com) - TF1 announces that it has completed the sale of the operational activity of its Tele-shopping business (product sourcing, marketing, TV production, etc.
) to Jérôme Dillard, its former CEO, following the discussions announced at the end of January.

The television group presents the buyer as an, "an independent entrepreneur and acknowledged specialist in telesales, consumer goods, specialist retail and customer relations."
