Ubisoft: FY 2021-22 results down overall

(CercleFinance.com) - FY 2021-22 IFRS sales amounted to 2,125.
2 million euros, down -4.4% (-4.8% at constant exchange rates) compared with the 2,223.8 million euros in 2020-21.

IFRS15 revenues amounted to 708.0 million euros in Q4 2021-22, up 41.1% (+38.0% at constant exchange rates), compared with 501.8 million euros in Q4 2020-21.

Net bookings amounted to 2,128.5 million euros in 2021-22, down 5.0% (-5.4% at constant exchange rates) from 2,240.6 million euros in 2020-21.

Non-IFRS operating profit amounted to 407.6 million euros, down 14% from 473.3 million euros in 2020-21. Non-IFRS net income, group share, was 269.0 million euros, representing non-IFRS (diluted) EPS of 2.11 euros. This compares to 313.5 million euros and 2.48 euros in 2020-21.

IFRS net income, group share came in at 79.1 million euros, representing IFRS (diluted) EPS of 0.65 euros. This compares to 103.1 million do and 0.85 euro respectively in FY 2020-21.
