Teleperformance: series of governance changes
(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance has announced a series of major changes in its corporate governance to accelerate growth and stimulate innovation.
The Board of Directors has decided to separate the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, to reinforce the Group's culture of entrepreneurship and business development, and to implement a succession plan for top management.
In this context, Moulay Hafid Elalamy has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Daniel Julien remains Chief Executive Officer.
It has been decided that Thomas Mackenbrock will become Deputy Managing Director with effect from 1 October 2024.
Thomas Mackenbrock will work alongside Daniel Julien, with a view to succeeding him according to a timetable drawn up by an ad hoc committee.
