Sopra Steria: Invest Securities adjusts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities reiterates its "buy" rating on the share of IT services group Sopra Steria, having increased its corresponding target price from 173 euros to 178 euros, pointing out that since the publication of better-than-expected Q1 2021 results, the recovery is clearly taking shape in services.


The broker points to strong demand overall and risks of further deterioration that have not materialised in the most affected sectors (aerospace, transport).

In the analyst's opinion, the company will do much better in 2021 (+7.1% expected by IS, against 6.3% previously) than its organic growth target range (+3% to +5%) and the consensus (+4.3%).
