Eurofins: sales exceed target in 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurofins Scientific has reported sales of over 5.
4 billion for 2020, with organic growth close to 20%, above its latest forecast of 5.3 billion euros.

Commercial performance in December 2020 was solid - both in the group's core business and its Covid-related activities, the bioanalytical service provider said, which boasted organic growth of almost 40% in the last quarter.

Performance in 2020 was largely organic, with relatively moderate M&A activity over the year, the group said, adding that the focus on M&A is expected to remain less in 2021.
