Esker: creates a cybersecurity committee
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday the electronic and digital document firm Esker announced the creation of a cybersecurity committee within its Supervisory Board.
The new committee is headed by Steve Vandenberg, a member of Esker's Supervisory Board and "Global Black Belt" within Microsoft's security solutions division. This new committee will act as a link between Esker's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Supervisory Board. It will report on the work carried out by Esker's security team, familiarise Board members with key issues in the cybersecurity market, and assist them in their decision-making.
