Beneteau: debt waiver in favor of GBI in Italy
(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the authorization given by its Board of Directors on September 24, Bénéteau announced that on September 30 it had waived five million euros of debt in favor of its 100%-owned Italian subsidiary, GBI SpA.
