Icade: H1 net income up 68%

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has reported a 68% increase in H1 2022 net income, group share to 351 million euros, as well as a 7.
1% increase in net current cash flow (NCFC) to 205 million euros (EPS up 5% to 2.7 euros).

The real estate and property developer group's revenues rose by 6.3% to 823 million euros (group share), while its NAV rose by 13.8% over six months (and 19.9% over one year) to 103 euros per share at the end of June.

Icade has confirmed its FY targets, including around 4% growth in NAV per share, excluding the effect of disposals in 2022, and around a 3%-4% increase in the 2022 dividend, subject to approval by the 2023 general meeting.
