Icade: revenues down - new guidelines for 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - The multi-national REIT Icade says that its results reflected "resilient business indicators" during Q3.


At 30 September 2020, the group's consolidated revenues amounted to 978 million euros, down 6.6% like-for-like compared to 30 September 2010 (1.01 billion euros).

However, Icade can rely on about a 2% increase in rental income at a constant consolidation scope.

The group has revised its 2020 guidance, with 2020 NCCF of 4.8 euros per share, and is expects a decline that is limited to -8.8% in the current crisis.
