Icade: nearly doubles 2019 earnings
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has published 2019 net income, group share of 300.
2 million euros, up 93.7%, with current net cash flow per share that is up 2.1% at 5.26 euros in a situation that has seen it make a sharp increase in disposals.
Recurrent property net income (EPRA NAV) came in at 358.7 million euros, up 5.8% (+6% per share), including 238.9 million euros for tertiary property (+3.5%) and 119.8 million for health property (+10.7%).
The dividend proposed at its general meeting amounts to 4.81 euros per share, up for the fourth consecutive year (+29% since 2015). For 2020, Icade expects group net current cash flow per share to grow by around 5%, excluding the impact of disposals in 2019.
