Virbac: CEO resigns

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside the publication of its H1 results, Virbac announces the resignation of Sébastien Huron, effective 27 September, from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the animal health group and Director of Virbac Limited (UK).


Habib Ramdani has resigned from his position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors, for an interim period, while a process is conducted to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer.

Given the exceptional circumstances and transitional nature of this situation, Habib Ramdani will continue to perform his duties as CFO under the supervision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
