Air France: makes E1bn capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has announced a successful capital increase of approximately 1.
036 billion euros after full exercise of the extension clause.

This capital increase results in the issue of 213,999,999 new shares at a price of 4.84 euros per share, or approximately 50% of the Company's existing capital.

The proceeds from the capital increase will be used to strengthen Air France's equity capital.
