Air France-KLM: repays convertible bonds back early.

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has informed the holders of convertible bonds (OCEANE), due on 15 February 2023 of its decision to exercise its right of early repayment on 15 November 2017, of all the outstanding 53,383,705 remaining in circulation.


Holders have the option, at any time until 6 November, to exercise their right to the award of new and/or existing shares at the rate of one share per OCEANE. In case of exercise of the right to shares, the group will issue new shares.

Assuming that all of the holders were to choose to exercise their right to shares, the maximum number of newly created Air France-KLM shares would be 53,383,705, representing 14.23% of the group's capital.
