E.ON: Credit Suisse raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse reinstates its "outperform" rating on E.
ON shares, raising its target price for them from 12.1 euros to 12.5 euros, after revising its estimates for the German energy group following its CMD on 23 November.

While analysts leave their EBITDA assumptions unchanged for 2021-24, the broker has raised its EPS estimates for this period by 2%-4% and has increased its dividend estimates, which suggest average annual growth of 4% over 2021-26.

"E.ON remains one of our top picks in the sector as it offers exposure to rising investments in power networks, where Germany is the driving force in Europe," Credit Suisse says.
