Linde: Brazil gives antitrust clearance to Praxair deal
(CercleFinance.com) - German industrial gases maker Linde said on Thursday that Brazil's antitrust watchdog has approved its proposed merger with US rival Praxair.
Linde said the deal received antitrust clearance after the purchaser of the divestment business in Brazil was approved by the competition authority, satisfying a closing condition.
