Siemens: Michael Peter named sole CEO of Siemens Mobility

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Mobility's co-CEO Sabrina Soussan is giving up her role, leaving Michael Peter as the sole CEO at Siemens' transportation unit.


Sabrina Soussan will leave the company on her own request to take on a new position elsewhere, the German conglomerate said.

Michael Peter will therefore become Siemens Mobility's sole CEO as from 10 July.

Note that Siemens' shareholders will vote on the spin-off of the group's energy business today at a virtual extraordinary shareholder meeting.
