Swiss Re: BlackRock stake exceeds 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock has reported that it now has over 5% of Swiss Re's voting rights, the Swiss reinsurance group said in a filing on Friday.


The New York-based asset manager currently holds a stake of 5.03%, its filing shows, while its long position represents a total of 0.07% of the voting rights.

The notification obligation has been triggered by an acquisition of shares as collateral, the filing says.
