Julius Baer: Credit Suisse initiates coverage as a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse has begun to monitor the Julius Baer share with an "outperform" rating and a target price of 58.
5 Swiss francs. It expects the financial institution to post EPS growth of 13% p.a. over the period 2020-22.

The therefore sees the company as a "structural growth story in a low-rate environment, with solid operating leverage and recent equity market volatility looking priced in".

"Swiss banks are also favoured by our Global Equity strategists in their 2020 outlook given they face lower disruption than traditional asset managers and offer attractive valuations," the broker continues.
