Nestlé: to propose new board member

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside its 2019 annual earnings report on Thursday, Nestlé said that it will propose Hanne Jimenez de Mora, a former partner at consulting group McKinsey, for election to its board of directors.


The decision was made after Beat Hess, the chairman of LafargeHolcim's board, decided to retire from after twelve years of service, the Swiss food giant said.

The election will take place at the company's annual general meeting on 23 April.
