Logitech: names new board member

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Tueday Switzerland's Logitech said that its board of directors has named Riet Cadonau, who will be appointed as an independent director at the company's forthcoming AGM.


The computer mouse maker said that Cadonau is currently the chairman and CEO of dormakaba, a Swiss maker of access solutions to buildings and rooms.

Subject to his election, Cadonau will take up his mandate in April 2021.

Cadonau's nomination follows the appointment of Hasbro's Deborah Thomas to the board announced earlier this month.
