Logitech: shareholders approve dividend increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Logitech's shareholders approved a proposal for about a 10% increase in the group's dividend from last year.


At the annual general meeting yesterday in Lausanne, the computer mouse maker's shareholders approved a dividend of approximately 0.67 Swiss francs per share, which will be paid on 21 September.

In addition, at the meeting, Logitech's shareholders elected Marjorie Lao to the board of directors, who is chief financial officer of Danish toymaker Lego Group.
