(CercleFinance.com) - The day after its warmly-welcomed quarterly report, Swiss travel retailer Dufry on Wednesday said that it will refinance its debt.
The Basel-based company plans to issue 750 million euros of senior notes due in 2027 to refinance existing 700 million euros notes due in 2023, it said in a statement.
