ABB: E-Mobility division raises CHF200m in a pre-IPO

(CercleFinance.com) - ABB E-Mobility has announced that it has raised about 200 million Swiss francs in a pre-IPO private placement led by new minority investors.


The transaction will be completed in Q4 2022 and the proceeds will be used by the global electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions specialist to continue its growth strategy, which is already being driven by organic investments and M&A in hardware and software.

Interogo Holding and moyreal are convinced that ABB E-mobility will play an important role in the transformation to a more sustainable society, ABB says, which remains a committed partner of ABB E-mobility with a stake of approximately 92%.
