Roche: partners France's Sysnav Healthcare

(CercleFinance.com) - The French company Sysnav Healthcare announced on Wednesday that it had signed a partnership with Swiss group Roche to measure the movements of patients suffering from certain diseases.


Their collaboration aims to combine the technology developed by Sysnav in digital health systems with Roche's expertise in neuroscience drug discovery to design new wearable medical devices.

Both partners explain that people with neuromuscular diseases often suffer from movement disorders that have a heavy impact on their daily lives.

They say that tools to measure and assess motor function can help doctors prescribe the most appropriate treatment and support medical research to develop new drugs.
