AB InBev: appoints new chief financial officer

(CercleFinance.com) - Anheuser-Busch InBev has appointed Fernando Tennenbaum, a senior executive at its Brazilian subsidiary Ambev, as chief financial officer after Felipe Dutra decided to step down.


Tennenbaum is a 15-year veteran of the company, who currently serves as vice-president of finance for the brewing giant's South America zone, as well as CFO of Ambev, the group's publicly traded company listed on the Brazilian Stock Exchange and NYSE.

As Felipe Dutra also held the role of chief technology officer, David Almeida, who currently serves as chief people and strategy officer, will become chief strategy and technology officer.

Dutra worked for the company for nearly 30 years.
