Solvay: to build new plant in Arizona
(CercleFinance.com) - Solvay is set to build a new hydrogen peroxide plant in Casa Grande, Arizona, to supply the growing US semiconductor manufacturing market.
The new hydrogen peroxide facility will be powered entirely by renewable electricity.
The facility will convert hydrogen peroxide into an ultra-high purity product for cleaning silicon wafers used in the manufacture of semiconductors, a key component of electronic devices.
