Clariane: six-month RCF renewal

(CercleFinance.com) - On December 4, Clariane announced that it had renewed the drawdown of its RCF (Revolving Credit Facility) line for six months (expiring June 4, 2025) for an amount of 492.
5 million euros, in accordance with the terms of the contract signed in 2019 and extended on July 25, 2023.

The EHPAD group points out that the drawdown and renewal of its RCF line are conditional, in addition to the usual conditions, on a minimum liquidity level of 300 million euros on the day of said drawdown or renewal, which includes the RCF drawn down.
